Dr. Yossi was born and raised in Monticello, Iowa. He graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1978 and has been practicing in Cedar Rapids since 1980. He has been extensively trained in general dentistry and is a member of the following organizations:

Dr. Yossi lives in Cedar Rapids with his wife, Deb (also on staff as a dental hygienist). They have two adult children, Megan and Chris.

• Jillian, RDH, Team Leader
  Jillian started at the Cedar Rapids Smile Center February 2017 and has 20 years of dental experience, 16 years as a dental hygienist. Jillian's main goal is to make every patient feel comfortable and important. She wants to educate her patients about their unique dental needs without the lecture. She feels that her job revolves around making long-lasting relationships. Jillian is looking forward to meeting you and your family. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her husband, Joe, and their kids, Oliver and Natalie. They love being on their boat on the Mississippi River. She also has horses that she does show jumping with, and 2 dogs that are always with them wherever they go.

• Andrea, RDH
  Andrea joined Cedar Rapids Smile Center in July 2016. She graduated from Kirkwood Community College in 2015 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene and has been practicing dental hygiene in the Cedar Rapids area ever since. Andrea has two daughters who keep her very busy. She enjoys attending their dance events, performances and competitions. They have two dogs, Buddy, an Aussiedoodle, and Rudy, a Poogle. Andrea likes getting together with her family for bonfires and cookouts, she also loves to cook and bake.

• Deb, RDH, Business Manager
  Deb received her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Iowa. She has over 40 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist in a clinical and public health setting. She was President of of the Dental Hygienists Association and served on the Iowa Dental Board for 9 years. Deb is currently the Business Manager at the Cedar Rapids Smile Center. She and her husband, Dr. Dennis Yossi, have two grown children, Megan & Chris.

• Kristi, RDH
  Kristi has an AAS degree from Kirkwood Community College. She has been a dental hygienist since 2009 and joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in March 2010. Kristi's husband Kyle is a HVAC/refrigeration service tech at Brecke Mechanical. They have three children, Ethan born in 2005, Kora born in 2012, and Kyson born in 2019. Kristi enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking the kids to fun places, traveling, spending weekends at their camper in Prairie du Chien, swimming, art, boat rides, waterskiing and flamingos.

• Bailey, RDH
  Bailey graduated in 2020 at Carl Sandburg College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in September 2020. She lives in Marion with her boyfriend, Carter, who is on the Marion Fire Department. Bailey is passionate about her career and loves making a difference in her patients’ lives. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her hometown of Davenport, Iowa.

• Chloe, RDH
  Chloe graduated from Kirkwood Community College in 2021 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She is from Illinois but moved to Cedar Rapids in 2018 for school. She and her boyfriend have a miniature lop bunny named Max! Chloe spends her time reading, watching movies, or hanging out with family and friends! She says, “I love getting to know my patients and creating a personal connection with them."

• Dana, RDH
  Dana began her dental career at kirkwood in 1991 with dental assisting. She went back to school for dental hygiene and graduated in 1997 from Hawkeye Community College. In her 30 year dental career she has seen a lot of changes and continues to evolve with those changes. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and claims to "have the best patients!". She has two grown boys and one bossy cat at home. She loves to be on her kayak, bike or on a plane to her next favorite destination.

• Leigha, RDH
  Leigha joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in June 2023. She recently graduated from Hawkeye Community College with her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has four younger siblings back home who keep her busy! Leigha and her boyfriend, Andrew, moved to the Marion area in the summer of 2023. She also has an 18-year-old Shih Tzu pup at home! In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time at her family's cabin on Lake Delhi.

• Kaela, RDH
  Kaela joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center team in May 2024. She attended Hawkeye Community College, where she received an AS and AAS Degree for Hygiene. Her work experience ranges from nannying throughout her college years and waitressing/bartending for over 7 years. Kaela grew up with 2 younger siblings, Kylie and Lukas, and has 3 dogs named Murphy, Mavey and Monroe. In her free time, she can be found spending time with her friends, family and dogs, venturing out to the lake or finding a good book to read!

• Makayla, RDA, EFDA, Treatment Coordinator
  Makayla graduated from Kirkwood Community College from the Dental Assisting program with an Applied Science Degree in 2018. She has been with the Cedar Rapids Smile Center since her internship in November of 2017. During her free time she likes to spend time with her family and friends.

• Erica, RDA, EFDA, Lab Coordinator
  Erica has been a registered dental assistant for 17 years, expanded function certified. Prior to that, she was an office manager. For the last five years with the Cedar Rapids Smile Center, Erica has managed the orthodontics cases and provided lab technician skills for the office. She spends her free time with her family, boating, reading and working out.

• Sharon, RDA, CDA, EFDA
  Sharon has been with Cedar Rapids Smile Center since June 2008. She received her dental assisting training from Northeast Iowa Community College at Peosta and has been in the dental field since 1998. Sharon lives in Cedar Rapids with her boyfriend, Richard. She enjoys reading, scuba diving, traveling, spending time with family and friends and going to Iowa games.

  Kenzie started with the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in January 2022. She graduated from Kirkwood Community College in December 2021 with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Assisting. She enjoys spending time with her cockapoo puppy Opie, going for walks and reading. She is currently in the Dental Hygiene program at Kirkwood and will graduate in 2025.

  Kylie started as a Dental Assistant here in March of 2023 and has recently earned her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting License. She is originally from Iowa City, but has now moved up to the area and loves it! In her free time, you can find her traveling, shopping or hanging out with family and friends. Although she loves being an Assistant, her future dental plan in dentistry is to attend Dental Hygiene school and become a Dental Hygienist!

  Liz joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in April 2023. She has a background in healthcare and has almost 5 years of experience as a CNA. Some of her favorite things are cooking, traveling, occasionally diving into a good book, and spending time with friends and family.

• Loren, RDA
  Loren joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in September of 2023. She is currently attending Kirkwood Community College for Dental Hygiene and will graduate with the 2026 class. In her free time, you will find her spending time with her family and friends, reading or getting an iced coffee. A fun fact about Loren is that she started out with our Administrative Team and then became a Dental Assistant through on-the-job training!

  Brooke started with the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in August of 2024 after graduating from Kirkwood Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Assisting. She enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family and friends.

• Syri, RDA
  Syri joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in 2024. She has a year of dental experience as a Dental Assistant and hopes to someday become a Dental Hygienist. In her free time, you might find her going shopping, spending time with her boyfriend Carter or exploring the outdoors. A fun fact about Syri is that she was on a competitive water skiing team for 6 years!

• Caitlin, Office Manager
  Caitlin joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in March 2016. She has six years of administrative experience prior to starting at our office. Caitlin and her husband, Taylor, have 2 beautiful children that keep them busy. They also have a German Shepherd dog named Skully. In her free time, you might find her reading, tending to her many houseplants, spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, or watching Hawkeye sports!

• Angie, Insurance Coordinator
  Angie has been with Cedar Rapids Smile Center since October 2010. She is a registered dental assistant with Expanded Functions certifications and started her dental career in 1998 as a dental assistant. She has been focusing mainly on the insurance aspect for the past 12 years here at the Cedar Rapids Smile Center. Angie attended Hawkeye Community College for Respiratory Therapy. In her free time, she enjoys muscle cars, motorcycling, cooking, writing poems, and spending time with family, especially her son, Jacob.

• Corinne, Patient Coordinator
  Corinne joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in December 2016 and has been in the customer service industry since 2006. She enjoys reading, camping and going on adventures with her husband, Brandon and 2 daughters, Lucy & Eloise.

• Katie, Marketing Coordinator
  Katie joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in August 2019. She graduated from Benedictine College in 2015 with a degree in Art. She worked as a Dental Technician before coming to the Smile Center. She enjoys crafting, bike riding and watching Korean Dramas as well as spending time with her boyfriend, Ryan and 3 cats, Jack, Faye & Nugget.

• Mackenzie, Patient Coordinator
  Mackenzie joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in May 2023. She attended the University of Iowa and received her Bachelor's Degree in Human Physiology. She also almost completed a Dental Hygiene degree through Kirkwood, but decided she enjoyed the administrative side of Dental more. She previously worked in a large dental office in a suburb of Minnesota, but recently moved back to the Cedar Rapids area to be closer to family. She has a son, Barrett, and is expecting a daughter, Amallia, in September 2023. She's a huge animal person - they're like her kids! She has two Bulldogs, Daisy and Maui. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and family, crafting, DIY-ing, cheering on the Hawkeyes and cooking/baking.

• Tyler, Patient Coordinator
  Tyler joined the Cedar Rapids Smile Center in June of 2023. Most of her working career has been spent in teaching and childcare. She has three children - two boys and one girl, as well as a French Bulldog/Boston Terrier mix. In her free time, she loves to read, be outdoors, spend time with her children and watch them play sports. Go Hawks!

• Trish, Greeter
  Trish had previously worked at Cedar Rapids Smile Center for 20 years starting in 1988. She is now working two mornings a week and enjoys reconnecting with patients that she knew from years ago! Trish has a little dog, Mila, that takes up a lot of her time. She enjoys walking, biking and gardening. Her favorite thing to do is spending time with her children, grandchildren, extended family and friends. In her free time, she can be found volunteering at her church and St. Vincent DePaul.
